Sandwich Cutter, Meat Balls and Instant Noodle

Let me tell you this, I can cook too. Am I too good or what? :)) I do enjoy cooking, but since I’m living all alone now and cooking for one person is just too little so I rarely do anything special -.-”

• Sandwich cutter

Got this sandwich cutter from a Japanese store near my sister’s house in Sai Gon and I was just dying to try it! >< So after I got back from HCMC, I unpacked and ready to use it right away, yet I didn’t have any sandwich in hands and I wanted to go back home the next day (I mean my parents’ house, not my apartment -.-) I was too lazy to go buy some so I decided to use it with rice instead :))

• Meat balls with instant noodle

Instant noodle is one of the most wonderful things in the world! Really, it likes magic or something, it’s too wonderful I don’t even know how to describe it!

And saw this recipe on weibo for like over 10 times, and I think it’ll be so much fun eating these meat balls so I finally got to make it for real. Actually the original recipe is different, they mix the chopped shrimps and meat together, but I don’t like it that way so I leave the shrimps out.

Its color doesn’t look nice but it tastes good :”>

One more thing, in Vietnam we usually use fish sauce to season the foods and I used it in this too, that’s the reason why its color turned out too dark. So if you want a more beautiful color use salt instead ^^
